Even though we decided to formalise the business in early 2010, Louis and Peter has been involved in the renovation trade together since 2006. Peter started even earlier in 2000 together with his father, building homes in the Blue Horizon Bay area. Peter put together a team of skilled workers and started to specialise in the finishing of buildings after the wet work and roofs has been finalised.

In 2006, Louis came on board primarily in the capacity of marketing officer, but as the business grew, took charge of projects as well. During the height of the recession, Peter moved over to a well-known top rated hotel in the city, but is still very much involved in his share of the business. He now oversees quality and project management.He brings his excellent colour coordination and matching skills, together with interior design knowlege gained in the hotel industry, into the DEVCON stable while Louis and the team continues to serve their clients with their friendly manner and experience
